A. List your Home with the MLS within 24 hours of having a signed listing Agreement

B. Prepare Virtual Tour of your home for use on our website and other National websites

C. Prepare marketing materials about your home

D. Use of Marketing Materials to Promote your Property 

E. Notify your neighborhood about your home for sale.

F. Hold Open Houses 

G. Notify National Referral Companies in the area.

H. Cooperate with ALL Real Estate Agents

I. Providing yard signs and Brochure boxes in your front yard.

J. Advertise home: media and frequency depends on property and market.

K. Prepare Property Profile report to be available to Buyers as they visit Home.

 

3. Accepting an Offer/ Due Diligence 

Once you have received an offer on your home, Your Dream Realty Group agent will review all terms and conditions of the offer with you. Through the process of reviewing, countering and or accepting the Purchase offer, we will work with you to maintain timely response and provide savvy 

answers to your questions as they come up. 

 

4. Closing 

Closing on the property is typically handled by the title company. The seller has the choice of selecting the title company used. Your Dream Home Realty group will be with you each step of the way through the closing process.

Your Dream Home Realty Group makes the home buying process stress free. Following these steps will lead you and your family well on your way to the perfect home of your dreams! 

 

1. Choose a Realtor 

When purchasing or selling your home you should always have an Agent, Broker, and Realtor. Each name has a different meaning. In Connecticut a person must be licensed to sell Real Estate.

 

2. Get a Loan 

The process of buying a home starts with determining your buying power. You must obtain a pre-approval from a reputable mortgage lender which will be included in any offer you submit for the purchase of a home. 

 

3. Prepare a List of things you want in your new home 

Create a wish list of the things you and your family desire in your new home. A few items to consider include: number of bedrooms, size of home, lot size, location, time you plan on moving in, price of home

 

4. Visit Properties and learn about the Neighborhood 

Once your wish list is received, We will begin our search for homes that best fit your wish list. Once we receive feedback on which home you would like to visit, we will schedule an appointment to visit the selected homes.

 

5. Make an Offer

Once you have negotiated the terms of your contracted agreement, there are items that will need to meet the requirements of your agreement. In most cases you will have an inspection and appraisal of the property. 

 

7. Closing/Progression 

Closing on the property is typically handled by the title company. We will be there to provide assistance to you during the closing process.
